You need the program? :O

Well first you need an account on dropbox.com then, on public files you upload your music~
2. assigne a short name or whatever u want (it don’t read japanese kanjis) and chick on it to copy the public URL. [ Make sure that is a Mp3 and end “.mp3” the URL  like this: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/48496368/M%201/A%20song%20of%20storm%20and%20fire.mp3 ]
3.Then you go to billyboard. [ Here ] and you paste the mp3 URLs on th playlist c: and GENERATE CODE » Copy the HTML > Paste on ”info description” of your customize blog. DONE
